Payment Terms

  • Order Review: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with all relevant details, including your chosen design, materials, size, colors, and any customizations. Carefully review this email and notify us within 24 hours if any adjustments are needed.
  • Proof Approval: For certain custom designs, we may send a digital proof (mockup) before production begins. You must approve this proof before we proceed. Delays in approval may affect the estimated delivery time.
  • Changes to Your Order: You may request changes within 24 hours of placing the order. However, once production starts, modifications may not be possible. If a change requires additional costs (e.g., material upgrades, extra detailing), we will inform you before proceeding.
  • Production Timeline: Each order follows a unique production timeline based on complexity and quantity. Standard production time will be provided upon order confirmation, but large or intricate orders may take longer.
  • Tracking & Shipping: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided during checkout, as we are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address entries.
Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. Below is our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this timeframe, we may have already started processing materials and production, limiting our ability to cancel.
  • Cancellation After 24 Hours: If you request cancellation after 24 hours, we will review your order status. If production has not yet started, we may offer a partial refund (deducting any processing fees). However, if production is already underway, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Force Majeure & Exceptional Cases: If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain disruptions, manufacturing issues) prevent us from fulfilling your order, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund.
Refund & Return Policy

Since our products are custom-made, we have a strict no-return policy except in cases of defects or errors on our part. Please review the following guidelines:

  • No Returns for Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the approved proof.
  • Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, notify us within 7 days of delivery with detailed photos showing the issue. We will review the case and offer a solution.

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
  • Processing Time for Refunds: If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Limitation of Liability

While we take every step to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, we want to clarify our liability limitations:

  • Product Accuracy & Expectations: Our team works hard to ensure high-quality results, but slight variations in color, size, and material may occur due to manufacturing processes. These variations do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
  • Use of Our Products: Our custom pins, lapel pins, and challenge coins are for personal or promotional use. We are not responsible for any misuse of our products.
  • Third-Party Delays & Issues: Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for delays, lost shipments, or damages caused by third-party couriers. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping-related issues.
